Having 25 years experience as a Senior Corporate Human Resources Executive, I find that Management Motivational theory has not substantively changed in the last 30 years. HRIS advancements have proven that employees thrive in environments where they are individually appreciated. Too often companies (and Management) look for "Group Solutions" rather than investing time in each employee on an individual basis. It is more time consuming because of the personalization but it provides the real glue that keeps the employer/employee relationship together.
Nice Blog, Steve!
